- Carpool: You will be assigned to a vehicle and receive the driver‘s info from email. Let the driver scan your QR code to access your carpool service. Keep a group with your driver.
- Driver: You will receive driver instruction in your confirmation email. Scan the QR code from the passenger to provide your carpool service to get paid under the Payout Policy

Refund Policy
- Refund Policy: Not refundable except if the event is canceled, rescheduled or bad carpool service. Contact us by the end of the day.
