Pay rate and how to get Paid?

$20 per hour

Terms and Conditions:

Grant of Rights: I, the undersigned, hereby grant to Cofunding Capital Inc., its successors, assigns, and licensees, the right to use my performance, appearance, name, likeness, voice, and biographical information in connection with the production titled above, in any and all media now known or here after devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity. For this project only Compensation: I acknowledge that I will be compensated for my participation as a actor in the Production as follows:

2. Work for Hire: I agree that my performance and any materials created by me relating to the producting during the course of my participation in the Production are works made for hire, and Cofunding Capital Inc. shall be deemed the author and exclusive owner thereof.

3. Waiver of Claims: I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or any advertising or other copy that may be used in connection therewith, and I waive any claims I may have based on the use of my performance, appearance, name, likeness, voice, or biographical information.

4. Release from Liability: I hereby release and discharge Cofunding Capital Inc, its successors, assigns, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that I may have, including but not limited to claims for invasion of privacy, defamation, or infringement of my right of publicity, arising out of or in connection with the use of my performance, appearance, name, likeness, voice, or biographical information.

5. Governing Law: This Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

6. Acknowledgment: I have read this Terms and Conditions before apply, and I fully understand its contents, meaning, and impact. I acknowledge that I am signing this Terms and Conditions freely and voluntarily.
